But it may not be the protection that you are seeking for your system. Many of them will have a bare bones protection but that will be better than nothing.
If you want to find a program that you pay for you need to look around and read up on the reviews. In that manner you can find any problems that others have faced with that software. If it updates enough times and how well it protects them.
Sometimes it's not even enough to protect your system, but you have to have something to stop unwanted access. And that is what spam and spyware are all about. Trying to gain access to your vital information, and use it in other ways. Find the best protection you can and make sure your computer runs smoothly all the time.
